摘要: 高纯聚合氯化铝具有絮体形成快、沉降性能好、适应范围广等优点, 是当前工业应用最广泛的絮凝剂, 但在产品升级、扩大应用领域存在一定弊端。为适应水处理技术发展要求, 进行了高纯聚合氯化铝生产工艺研究, 在 生产原料、反应过程、反应装置、工艺选择等方面获得创新成果, 性能明显好于普通PAC, 投加量可降低20%左右, 降低了成本, 提高了产量。

Abstract: High purity polyaluminium chloride has advantages such as quick flocs formation, good sedimentation performance and wide adaptation, and is currently the most widely-applied flocculant in industry, but there are some drawbacks in upgrading the product and expanding its application. To meet the requirements in water treatment technology development, production technology research into high purity polyaluminium chloride was made, and many innovation results have been obtained in the production of raw materials, reaction process, reaction equipment, process selection, etc. The results show that the performance is much better than ordinary PAC (polyaluminium chloride): dosing quantity can be reduced by about 20%, so that costs are reduced while the production increased.
